What Is Arena Club?

Arena Club combines three things most collectors think of as separate: a card grading service, an insured vaulting facility, and a marketplace. Submit a card, Arena Club grades and holds it in its vault, and it can then be listed for sale on the platform — a buyer who purchases a vaulted card doesn't trigger a shipment, just a change of ownership in Arena Club's system, until someone actually asks for it back.

Arena Club runs its own in-house grading service alongside the established third-party graders. Submitted cards are graded on Arena Club's own scale and slabbed, similar in concept to PSA, BGS, SGC, and CSG. The difference from a traditional submission is what happens after grading: rather than being shipped back to the owner by default, an Arena Club-graded card can go straight into the platform's vault, ready to trade without a second shipping leg.

• Instant, shipment-free trading— buying a vaulted card on the marketplace transfers ownership inside Arena Club's system. No packaging, no shipping label, no transit risk — until the new owner requests physical delivery.
• Withdraw anytime— a vaulted card isn't locked in permanently; the owner can request it be shipped out, at which point normal shipping time and cost apply.

Submitting to PSA or BGS gets a card graded and shipped back to you, full stop — what you do with it afterward (sell on eBay, vault it elsewhere, hold it raw in a binder) is a separate step you arrange yourself. Arena Club folds grading and the post-grading destination into one pipeline: grade, vault, and optionally list, all inside the same platform. A card graded by PSA or BGS can still be vaulted through a third-party vaulting service afterward — Arena Club just does both under one roof.

Generic vaulting services store cards you've already had graded elsewhere and typically don't run their own grading arm or built-in marketplace — you still sell the card through eBay, an auction house, or wherever you choose, and arrange the vault-to-buyer transfer separately. Arena Club's marketplace sits directly on top of its vault, so a sale and an ownership transfer can happen in the same system without coordinating a third-party sale channel.

• Liquidity is platform-bound— a vaulted card trades fastest to other Arena Club users; selling to a buyer off-platform means requesting a withdrawal and shipment first.
• Fees— grading, vaulting, and marketplace fees change over time; confirm current rates directly on the platform before submitting or listing.
