Terms of Service

Global Card Show (“GCS,” “we,” “us”) operates a sports card marketplace and vault/consignment platform at globalcardshow.com and related tools. By accessing the site or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Features, pricing, inventory availability, and checkout may change or pause without notice for maintenance or policy reasons. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, fill rates, or that any particular card will remain available. A listing is an invitation to order subject to acceptance and inventory.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. You must provide accurate contact and shipping information when buying, selling, or consigning. Services are intended for users 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Parents/guardians are responsible for minors who use the site with permission.

GCS provides a platform for listing, vault storage, and fulfillment workflows. Listings may be owned by GCS or by consignors. For purchases completed on globalcardshow.com, GCS (or its payment processor on GCS’s behalf) is the merchant of record that collects payment and issues refunds subject to these Terms and our policies. Consignors may still own economic rights in vaulted inventory under a separate consignment arrangement.

Card descriptions, conditions, and grades are based on visual inspection and available tools. They are not a PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or other professional grade unless a slab grade and cert are shown. “Near Mint or Better” and similar labels are seller/condition descriptors only.

We aim to list genuine cards and may refuse, remove, or cancel listings or orders if we reasonably suspect counterfeits, trimmed cards, or material misrepresentation. You may not list or request handling of counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items; abuse the platform; scrape or attack our systems; or attempt to bypass access, rate limits, or admin controls. We may suspend accounts or refuse service for policy violations.

Buyers should review photos, condition notes, and cert numbers before purchase. Report suspected issues promptly via Support with photos — see our Refunds & disputes policy.

GCS website: When you buy on globalcardshow.com (and checkout is enabled), GCS or its payment processor collects payment. Fees are described in our Fees page and Consignment Agreement. Refunds and disputes for GCS checkouts follow our Refunds & disputesprocess and Shipping & Returns policy.

eBay and other third-party marketplaces: When a sale completes on eBay (or similar), that marketplace’s checkout, fees, and buyer/seller protection rules apply. GCS provides listing and/or fulfillment services; payment disputes for those checkouts are handled primarily through that marketplace.

Prices are shown in USD. Card payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). Until payment is confirmed, orders may be pending and inventory may not transfer. Processor fees are charged by the processor on successful charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, displayed prices do not include sales tax; applicable tax may be added or handled as required by law. Risk of loss for shipped items follows our Shipping & Returns policy. Vault fulfillment keeps cards in GCS custody under your account until shipped or sold again.

Non-binding price offers submitted through the site (when available) are invitations to negotiate, not accepted contracts, until GCS confirms in writing or completes a paid checkout. Offers may expire or be declined without explanation.

Card identification and research tools may use automated systems and third-party AI providers. Results are assistive only and can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing identity, condition, and pricing before listing or purchase decisions.

Site design, software, and GCS branding are owned by GCS or its licensors. Card images you upload may be used to operate vault, listing, and identification services.

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, market value changes, third-party marketplace actions, or carrier delays. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid GCS for that order.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
