1. Fulfillment options
Buyers may choose vault hold (store with GCS) or ship-to-address when offered at checkout. Vault items remain in our custody under your account until you request shipment or other disposition.
1b. Authenticity & condition at delivery
Inspect packages promptly. Report damage, missing items, or material misdescription (wrong player, set, parallel, or cert vs listing) within 7 days of delivery with photos and tracking. Condition grades and “Near Mint or Better” style descriptors are not third-party professional grades unless a slab cert is shown. See Refunds & disputes for next steps.
2. Shipping rates (marketplace purchases)
Standard purchase shipping is currently $9.99 when the ship-to-address portion of the order is under $150; free shipping applies at $150+ shipped subtotal (rates may change; checkout shows the amount due).
Vault-to-home shipping requests may use a base fee of $1.99 plus approximately $0.25 per card, unless a quote says otherwise.
3. Processing & carriers
Orders and vault ship requests are typically prepared on business days after payment and inventory confirmation. Delivery times depend on the carrier. Tracking is provided when available.
4. Risk of loss
For carrier shipments, risk of loss generally passes when we deliver the package to the carrier with tracking, except where required otherwise by law. Report damage or non-delivery promptly with photos and tracking details.
5. Returns
Raw and graded cards are often unique. Returns are evaluated case by case for material misdescription (wrong player/set/parallel vs listing) reported within 7 days of delivery. Preferential taste, market moves, or buyer’s remorse alone are not return grounds. Opened sealed product is generally non-returnable.
Approved returns may require shipment back at buyer’s expense unless we made a material listing error. Refunds exclude original outbound shipping unless we are at fault.
6. International
Unless checkout explicitly offers international shipping, orders are fulfilled within the United States. Duties and taxes for any cross-border shipment are the recipient’s responsibility.
